Meet T. Andrea Dyson
I’m a certified Health and Wellness Behavioral Coach through the Mind BodyGreen program, passionate about helping individuals achieve their wellness goals. With a background as a Federal Budget Analyst, U.S. Army National Guard service member, and single parent, I understand the importance of balance and self-care.
I hold an Associate degree in Accounting, a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies, and a Master’s in Business with a focus on Finance. My dedication extends beyond coaching—I’m actively involved in community service and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Based in Northern Virginia, I enjoy spending time with my two adult children, godson, grandson, and grand-pet. I love traveling, volunteering, playing golf, billiards, bid whist, softball, and watching football.
